Online Rentals Only: This offer is exclusively available for eligible storage units rented online through the Arborstone Storage website. Specific unit types and sizes might be restricted from this offer.

Qualifications: To qualify for the second month free, customers must enroll in the minimum Tenant Protection plan and sign up for recurring bill pay with a debit or credit card at the time of their initial online rental.

Promotion Period: This offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or altered at the discretion of Arborstone Storage without prior notice. Arborstone Storage reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of this promotion without prior notice. Any such changes will be communicated to affected customers in writing.

Offer Details: Eligible customers will receive their second month of rent free of charge upon successful enrollment in recurring bill pay. The free month applies to rental fees only and excludes any applicable taxes, insurance, or other ancillary charges.

Restrictions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. The offer is limited to one per customer and is subject to unit availability.

No Credits or Refunds: Customers who move out before the end of the promotional period (before the free month is utilized) will not receive credits or refunds for any portion of the promotion not used. If a customer decides to cancel their rental agreement or move out before the completion of their first paid month, they forfeit the benefit of the second month free. Tenants enrolled in a Tenant Protection Plan are responsible for the monthly fee associated with this service, without exception or offset during the promotional period, including the second month free of rental fees.
